Two questions today in regards to Mars conjunct Pluto both (calendar here) square Uranus as we move into a Full Taurus Moon and the 6th of 7 hits of Uranus square Pluto.

1: Insight (above) Introspection – Depth of Study and Vision 
We have plenty of Scorpio (Sun, Venus, Saturn) all set to reboot the system. Pluto (rules Scorpio) transforms from the inside out – add this to Jupiter square Saturn for focused creative insight.
Navel gazing coupled with knowing/gnawing your way through intensive work is the primo vibe at the moment.  Moon is in Aries until afternoon Wednesday (USA)  working actually feels very, very good.  Satisfying even.

2: AAH: Family of the Moon: Khnemu: To Build, to Unite
Khnemu is a water god associated with the source of the Nile in Elephantine.  He was known to guard the flood gates each year, the rising floods meant the rising of Sirius.

Khnemu is also known for creating the universe alongside Ptah, and is often pictured at a potter’s wheel.  Ptah created the earth and heavens while Khnemu created humans, animals and other living beings.  He created the gods and is called “the builder of men, the maker of gods and the Father who was the Beginning’.

In the card he is pictured with the crown of the South, two feathers, two uraei (sacred serpent) and a solar disk with ram’s heads, his most ancient symbol.  Four ram’s heads face the four directions, symbolize the four elements of creation. 

He was worshipped as the ram of Mendes – the virile male, the holy phallus which stirs up passions of love.  Ram’s horns obviously indicate Aries (Mars) and the springtime rush of energies projected outward.  In this way, Khnemu exists in all things, as the soul of the artist is in the sculpture and the soul of the potter in the pot.  This is the great primeval creative force.

The Giving Place rises in the powerful creative energies surging with this aspect.  Channelled wisely it is divine self-expression and successful execution of plans.
I mentioned Jupiter square Saturn for focus – also keep in mind Jupiter is loosely trine Uranus (7 degrees) which bestows great ingenuity.
Be cautious, but also clever.

Hoopy Frood Hobbit

There was a flurry of texting with my former husband when The Hobbit casting was announced.  I was rattling off the return of Ian, Andy, Orli and even Elijah, who is being written in !  Then he asked Who’s Bilbo ?  I was rambling about rumored talks with James McAvoy when the news hit.  In bubbly geekspeak excitement all I could pop out was Dent. Arthur Dent !  YaY !  Excellent choice ! 

Martin is a Virgo Sun conjunct Venus which is beneficial twice over, though less so when Venus is in its fall (opposite its exaltation) working harder/born into compromise.  Both benefics squaring Saturn in Gemini indicate a sharp mind/tongue/wit learned through restraint and obstacles of both the mind and communication.  It is a placement of learning focused self-expression/discipline re: love, money, balance and diplomacy.

Mars conjunct North Node of Destiny in Aquarius is the powerful knowing of an intellectual innovator that acts/reacts* (Mars/Mercury, respectively) fully on instinct.
Martin has a Grand Air Trine with Mars/NNode, Uranus in Libra and Saturn in Gemini.

Uranus/Saturn/Mars NNode circulates social/generational stream of consciousness  ideas – while driving action to change.  Keep the best and fuck the rest kind of thinking.
Saturn loves traditional think – boho Uranus in Libra upsets the popular balance, while Mars in Aquarius does the unexpected by harmonizing both via change.

Leo Mercury is focal point of a T-Square * between Saturn in Gemini opposite Scorpio Jupiter conjunct Neptune (out of sign; 29 and 0 degrees respectively) in Sagittarius.  Clever, creative ideas are prolific, though the expression/execution may be slow to manifest recognition.

Benefic 29 degree Scorpio Jupiter is luck high when death is nigh.  Particularly when it sextiles 29 degree Virgo Pluto which is in good aspect to Saturn.  Transformative communications are the crucible to regenerative relationships, especially regarding work.

Note 29 Scorpio Jupiter/0 Sagittarius Neptune conjunction (death luck/suffering via travels; respectively) sextile 29 Virgo Pluto alludes to Bilbo’s chance of protection from the evils of the Ring of Power.  Culmination degrees are saturated with the vibration of that planet/sign.

Bilbo out riddles the Sphinx (asteroid 896) of Middle Earth – by facing challenges, guarding life, keeping secrets and using timely revelations.  Riddles are ruled by Pluto/Neptune and imho Mercury.  Martin’s focal Leo Mercury cleverly navigates a path through trick questions in order to escape from the cave (Saturn) alive.

Martin also has spiritual gifts ala Venus and Mars: both quintile Jupiter and Neptune; Venus from Earth, Mars from Air.  Specialized talents are present with all, but the finest expression is Mars Fire on Aquarius Air with North Node of Destiny.  The elements are compatible and will operate smoothly. Venus attracts while Mars is outgoing, both in quintile to a tight Jupiter/Neptune conjunction indicates artistic inclination, a talent for giving/receiving unusual communications, particularly on film (Neptune).

Asteroid Bilbo is 2991.  Currently at 8 Sagittarius.
Bilbo was discovered in a sky of 6 retrogrades: Mars on out to Pluto – all in inward (yin) revision mode.  Bilbo was tightly conjunct Jupiter in Scorpio both opposite Taurus Sun and Mercury indicating slow going peace talks re: personal and shared possessions.
Venus was in Pisces (exalted) quincunx Saturn in Libra.  Interesting as the quincunx deals with both health and change of character – altitude adjustments.  Consider the ring (Venus is jewelry) of power that did indeed prolong life, but at a cost of Bilbo’s mental health.
FYI: Martin has Bilbo at 27 Libra which may be opposite his moon which is either late Aries or early Taurus, but I don’t have his time of birth, so I cannot say.

Asteria (asteroid 658) the starry one is the Titan goddess of prophecy and astrology.  Her placement in the natal chart indicates ways and means of reading and divining by the stars.  She is currently at 0 degrees Libra. 

Finding our path to understanding, as I said in my last (full moon) post, is the crux of incredible growth.  Hence, Jupiter/Sagittarius/9th house rulership.

What is found elevated in the natal chart is near high noon (10th house/Midheaven) aka public, visible – what is placed in the 9th, is particularly expansive.  Likewise for the house where Jupiter resides as well as aspects Jupiter makes to other planets/points.  Here we find exploration and infinite growth potential.

That said, I see my past lives (Sagittarius 12th) in my own natal chart. In addition, several psychics have told me that I have previously burned at the stake for being a witch.  Considering what I am doing now, that is not at all surprising, now is it ?

Terrorism is a red flag word choice, overused ad nauseum to incite fear and panic.
The herd is getting spooked because they should be.  A few power hungry elite are crushing the options of the many.
Scapegoating is not only entirely misguided, but also in very poor taste. 
Please do your homework.

Student/Teaching/Writing 101

1. Define Parameters.
That’s the first roadblock.  What witch means to any number of people is likely as broad an answer as the number of people questioned. 
Blanket terminology, please meet personal nuance.

2.  Know what you are talking about.
See 1.  First learn the basics – expand from that point. Explore outside your own navel, ask questions and honor paths that differ from your own.

3.  Get off the high horse.
No one person knows everything.  Allowing unlimited space for learning, growth and understanding is the true hallmark of intelligence.

Perhaps the real trouble is witches (your term) choose to understand personal and shared power within our universe.  Personal responsibility and karmic repercussions are widely understood.  They do their own thinking, see the big picture and walk their talk.

People who will not take the bit of propaganda are as a rule, feared because they are not easily swayed by those in power.  They SEE the spin for what it is.  Your truth is not necessarily their truth and they know it.

Knowledge is power that leads to understanding.
If that is destroying society, then we need a new society.

Saturn Around the Wheel

giphy-3I am in the middle of having a hard Saturn transit from natal Neptune to my Venus/Jupiter in Leo.  Fun times !  Heh. yeah right.  Mmm..not so much.

Saturn is many great things including: focus, tact, discipline, conservation and good old-fashioned hard work when operating high qi and/or in good aspect.

Saturn is many not so great things including: restraint, obstruction, slowing, stiffening or hardening, (yes I know what you are thinking !) karma, sorrow and pessimism – particularly when operating low qi and/or in hard aspect.
 
Capricorn and Saturn rule the bones and bone structure.
Right now my lower back – yeow !  Neck is not so great either.
With that in mind, I bring you Saturn around the wheel.

Listing “hard aspects” seems a bit misleading/ironic because Saturn IS hard, also keep in mind rulers of these signs when interpreting.

Saturn in hard aspect to these planets may indicate pain in these areas.
I can testify to Aries, I am a Capricorn rising with Saturn Rx in Aries and I always carry pain relief for constant headaches.
