Julia has a Grand Earth trine: Capricorn Sun, Jupiter in Toro, Uranus/Pluto in Virgo (Mars loosely conjunct at 8 degrees).  Skillful, steady and practical with a fiery boost from Mercury tightly conjunct Venus in Sagittarius.  Love of ideas, philosophies, travel, but prefers a cohesive, planned daily routine while exploring these things.

Venus and Jupiter in mutual reception softens this need as they understand each others expression, it helps ease the friction/balance between exploratory seeing and detailed analyzing of squares between Sagittarius/Virgo.

Julia also has a kite with the aforementioned earth trine working an opposition between Toro Jupiter and Neptune in Scorpio.  She has a lovely speaking voice and a gentle, compassionate demeanor that plays well onscreen.

Interesting she has Saturn in Pisces without major aspects which can lead to much overcompensation of work and responsibility.  Saturn points to how we use our natal talents, without major aspects, it plays the wildcard and can either limit or foster good use of all other planetary energies.  Working high qi, it is the energy of a rugged individualist freestyle Capricorn who can channel high magick of creative Pisces through disciplined use. *

Worth noting is Saturn’s quintile to Mercury/Venus indicating that patient work in the creative arts, particularly film or music will alleviate friction of the squares between Virgo and Sagittarius and also payoff creatively via unique talents/gifts. This is also supported by an exact Pisces Chiron Uranus opposition. Unique viewpoints/opportunities re: separation/belonging delivers awareness, compromise and healing through dedicated service to others. Wise teaching, likely. *

I’m really enjoying watching Julia be the wise mother, badass witch on this show.
It kinda bugs me they made up an owl tarot card, but I’ll let it slide because I love the show for so many other reasons. Thrilled to see lessons re: magickal responsibility, universal energy exchange (nothing is removed, nothing goes to waste, it only changes form) on ye olde boob tube.  Fantastic to watch how characters learn to come to terms with their power, how they make mistakes learning to wield it and the changes it delivers to those in their periphery.

Thoughts on the emotional, intuitive Grand Water Trine & kite . . .
Cancer Venus opposing Pluto in Capricorn is all about the past and letting go, attracting the activity that heals and regenerates.  Love, kindness and support.

These signs you can count on (under good aspects) to help haul your ass over the finish line if you are unable to yourself.  These signs are kin – by blood or by choice, they are your anchors.  These signs/houses are also places in your chart where you can summon the rock or the surrender.

Venus trine Saturn trine Chiron across the intuition houses of tidal sway is passive, introverted and reflective.  Teaching ourselves how to swim forward from the inner heartspace of New Leo Moon.  Inner SEEING is up to bat with several squares pushing us to reach our highest vibration – we are uncomfortable, restless.

Mercury is now square North Node in Libra – feelings of attraction, love, creativity and harmony are in the forefront of our minds as Mercury is also moving to square Uranus in Aries.  Clever but cautious – as Uranus is Rx and quincunx Saturn.  Logic with Love.

Mars moving to conjunct Saturn in Scorpio near the Full Moon at 18 degrees  Aquarius on August 10 puts a new fire and focus under our workdrives.  This full moon will square Saturn and oppose Sun and Mercury in Leo.  We will be juggling creative brainstorms like wild – Sun and Mercury trine Uranus !

Drives and Desires to create will be Supersonic – note if you have these planets working together or prominent in your natal, you may feel this power a few days earlier than I indicated, I gave a 5 degree orb, I give sensitives 7 degrees.

Contemplate these things as young moon grows to full bohemian rebel.

Pisces Johnny Winter started playing music at 5, cut his first record at 15.
Mercury in Aquarius (exalted) often indicates blazing a trail while young and it is in mutual reception with Uranus in Gemini.

Johnny was surprising in so many ways, destined to be noticed. (Mercury/Uranus; NNode conjunct Pluto)  Mercury rules his Gemini stellium of Uranus, Mars conjunct Saturn.  Gemini rules hands, so very precise, focused finger-picking, plus a fantastic work ethic. 

Pluto Rx is conjunct North Node in Leo within a degree.  Obviously Johnny was a creative trailblazer (see Venus in Aquarius also) that inspired musicians all over the world.
He was born near a new moon (conjunct Sun) in either late Aquarius or early Pisces, which indicates introspection, as do his creative Leo placements of Jupiter and Pluto (both Rx).  Neptune (guitars) is also retrograde indicating artistic introspection funneled and finessed to perfection.

Hello from the waiting room . . .
Needed an impromptu break for more than one reason, illness being one of them. Feeling better today, back in the game.  Thank you to those who have eased my mind by checking in on me, you know who you are.  I am grateful and I love you.

Moon moves into Cancer bringing a trine to Mercury / Neptune in Pisces and Saturn in Scorpio – in 23 hours we will be feeling a grand water trine with Moon and Pluto as opposites in a kite.

Emotional revelations / renovations loom on the horizon.

This is particularly true as Sun moves into Aries to join the explosive Mars / Uranus conjunction.  This conjunction creates the apex of a T-square between Cancer Moon and Pluto creating an obstacle – be like water, flow with it.

Cancer Moon is ultra sensitive, so be aware internal defenses will be High Full Shield Red Alert.  Family (particularly Mother), home, female, or public dealings are going to need attention.

Authority, men, work and long-standing power issues are coming into sharp focus, delivering the promise of metamorphosis and rebirth.  Cardinal signs be alert !  Any natal planets making an appearance in the early (up to 12) degrees will be feeling this aspect strongly.

Ravi had Aries Sun trine Jupiter / Neptune conjunction in creative Leo.  Mercury conjunct Venus (Venus is exalted in Pisces) trine Moon which trines Jupiter/ Neptune.
 Life of fame – Sun trine Neptune conjunct Jupiter in Leo.

Mars in Scorpio, Pluto in Cancer and Uranus in Pisces form a grand water trine – Uranus opposite Saturn in Virgo forms the apex of a kite.  Obviously, Ravi has earned his place in history (Saturn) as a groundbreaking, visionary musical genius. (Uranus in Pisces)  Mars in Scorpio (trine Pluto) is super intense, hot to trot for deep musical transcendent experiences (esp. with North Node in Scorp as well), Uranus in Pisces blazes new trails across musical frontiers.

Ravi, interestingly had no planets in air signs – he let his music do the talking. 

Moon is also the apex of a T-square with Virgo Saturn and Uranus in Pisces.  Emotional T-square tension dissolved by tapping the wellsprings of boho creativity – writing and healing through music.

Shadows take flight

Neptune, lovely Neptune … currently retrograde in Pisces mulling over past artistic endeavors, spiritual studies, mystical leanings, idealistic visions and /or far-out hypnotic illusions, delusions, longings out flat-out lies.

Neptune is the higher octave of Venus – in square(separating) while Mars is quincunx from (Venus ruled) Libra – love shadows and fog are all over the shop.

Quincunx is simply adaptation & improvisation – metamorph in progress.
Actions & ideals re: all forms of love are up to bat.

Retrograde revises, re-works and re-invents ways of working the Neptunian energies of the above.  Early degree Sagittarians are getting the re-applying square.  That means you hash out the difficult energies within.

:: NOTE:: North Node is at 4 degrees Sagittarius at the mo – so we are ALL re-inventing and morphing our future paths.  Square means growth – every time !

Late degree Leos are also getting the re-applying opposition, my sympathies.  I have my hand up on this one – Venus conj Jupiter late Leo here, pffft.

Currently Neptune is (separating) square the Venus Jupiter conjunction in Gemini. while Chiron, also retrograde applies to exact at 9 degrees Pisces.  

How to heal ?  Do we have to re-open the wound in order to let it breathe ?  Chiron sextiles Pluto in Capricorn – work the opportunity that waits in your house of Capricorn.

Chiron is quincunx Mercury in Leo –  while Cancer Sun comes to square Saturn in Libra.  

Be proud, sure – roaring it in all directions : not a good idea.  Cancer Sun is touchy with Saturn closing in.  Fair warning !  Let Saturn lead you to quiet balance in thought, and deeds will follow…

Libra Mars and Aries Uranus oppose each other from air to fire – they are the stress points of a kite ( with a loose grand air trine) so might want to contemplate your actions a bit before firing off any hot missives.

Mars is feeling most of the heat – Uranus wants to buck like a bronco.
 Opposite = compromise with another who is in your face.   Take heed, Mars and Uranus can be explosive.

Saving the day is Mercury in Leo quintile Saturn in Libra – and a lovely Venus Jupiter conjunction in sextile to Mercury and Uranus (Mercury and Uranus trine one another).   Possibility of far-out incoming messages are off the charts !  Keep the energies clear and hi qi around yourself / your environs for full throttle positive growth !

Metamorph is in progress on many levels – some or most of it – you may want to keep it close to the vest at the moment.  Lay plans in your thoughts (air trine) first and foremost.

Then preparation will meet opportunity via Uranus as the sextiles kick in and the opposition closes – ya dig ?!

Bono vox

Hello everyone
My vinyl has a front row seat since I ditched the search for the holy grail of ipod decks.  Haha don’t worry, we’re not goin’ there.  I am spinning the Red Rocks show, ’bout wore it right out in highschool…I was dating a Sagittarius then, but we’re not gonna go there either. nope. Just know I have sworn off ’em for life.

May I introduce Paul David Hewson, better known as Bono.
I knew he was Toro, but I took another look, a closer look.

WoW –  a kite, of course (an on target aspect for power and focused creativity), Moon Neptune conjunction in Scorpio (family man, quiet and deeply sensitive towards the public, wants to heal – North Node and Chiron in Virgo the public servant adds to this) as the apex opposite Sun, Mercury, Venus conjunction.

Obviously a very powerful singer (Taurus rules the throat, Venus rules Toro) Bono is a man whose very nickname means ‘good voice’ in latin – Bono Vox is an alteration of Bonavox.

Jupiter and Pluto sextile his Moon Neptune conjunction.  Pluto is very well aspected  making him a powerful provoker of positive change.  Jupiter in Capricorn uses its powerful position in life in philosophical ways in order to benefit others.  It is an expansive social responsiblity aspect.  I gotta mention again how much I love this Sag/Cap energy – idealism & expansion coupled with restraint.

Mars in the last degree of Pisces is also a very powerful signature of someone who wants to activate large-scale healing.  Saturn rules Capricorn, is placed strongly here in trine to his Taurus stellium – Bono is obviously a hard worker who feels a huge responsibility to communicate love and fairness world-wide.  He steps up to the plate to do so again and again, using his fame for betterment of the world.

Bono has Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto retrograde, he’s only gonna get better with age – awesome – I really liked him at 23, lol.   Speaking of which, his birthdate reduces to 22, a master number; it signals a Master Builder with idealistic creativity put forth in grand manifestation, it denotes charisma, precision and balance.

I knew Bono had emergency back surgery for severe compression of the sciatic nerve in May of 2010, which is shown by a very strong Uranus placement in Leo (rules the back) as focal point of a T-square.  (Genius creativity aspect)  Uranus is square both his Moon Neptune conjunction and also his Taurus stellium.  This makes him an independent thinker who blazes a trail of creativity, hope and radical generosity wherever he goes.

I don’t have a specific time for his stress injury while rehearsing, but I checked transits for the week prior to his surgery on May 21, 2010.  Bono had tr. Uranus (and Jupiter nearing) conjunct natal Mars exact, tr. Mars conjunct natal Uranus.  Pluto was Rx applying to his natal Jupiter, and 9th house rules the sciatic nerves. (Jupiter rules the 9th) His surgery was successful, and Bono was back on stage in August of the same year.  Strong in heart, spirit and body, right on !
