Recent events have turned my focus on Chiron in the natal chart.

The chart for the time Chiron was discovered (October 18,1977) reveals a conjunction between the Moon’s North Node and Pluto in Libra (14 degrees) and also a conjunction between Mercury and Sun in Libra (24 degrees).
Venus is also placed in Libra (1 degree) which it rules. Chiron’s placement is in Taurus (3 degrees) which, like Libra, is ruled by Venus.  source
 
In greek mythology, Chiron was the son of Kronos (Saturn/ time) and Philyra (nymph daughter of Oceanus) who was abandoned at birth by his parents.  Apollo (God of the Sun) became Chiron’s foster father, teaching him how to cultivate the creative spirit through music, divination, and the healing arts. 

Chiron became mentor to many Greek heroes including Jason, Achilles and Hercules teaching them archery, ethics, and herbal medicine. Chiron was accidentally shot by one of Hercules’ poisoned arrows.  Being a demi-god who could not die, he searched endlessly for a cure – accumulating vast knowledge in the healing arts in his search.  

In a final bid to relieve his endless suffering, Chiron ends his life by exchanging places with Prometheus, who was chained to a rock and tortured for delivering fire to humans. Chiron was later immortalized in the constellation Centaurus.  Chiron is known as the wounded healer.  In the natal chart Chiron indicates where you suffer, but also where you heal through service to others.

Cen  means center of a circle (Earth), Taur  means Taurus, the bull.
The circle  or spiritual sun = LOVE (Venus rules Taurus).

Planetoid Chiron was discovered in between Saturn (time/ authority) and Uranus (rebellion/ freedom) and points to unconventional progress through finding union and workable solutions between seemingly disparate goals.

When reading Chiron in the natal, focus on this:
USE what you KNOW you HAVE to find BALANCE.
(Saturn, Uranus, Venus rules Taurus and Libra.)

Consider Chiron the energy bridge between the tools (Saturn) and divine intuition (Uranus).  It is preparation meets opportunity.  Chiron is the hopeful (Centaurian) risk – the gamble on love, harmony and union – faith in spiritual balance on the highest level. (Saturn is exalted in Libra)

If we USE Chiron’s vibration properly – the highest vibration of personal love (Venus  rules personal love) transcends into Neptune, DIVINE love, and healing of the spirit body which is eternal.

Energy is energy ~> conduit <~ the healer is also healed.

The vibration of Chiron is peace of mind in the physical Taurean body, and love and balance in the intellectual actions and relations with others – Venus.
Venus shares.  Venus pays it forward.
The centaur Chiron (like Sagittarius) expands the horizons, forms new philosophies and is both teacher and eternal student. Chiron is a wandering maverick, a loner who brings an awakening to – and a bridge between opposites.

Venus in Gemini was the focal point of the recent T-Square, which also involved Mars Rx in Virgo and Neptune in Pisces. Venus (exalted in Pisces) was activating Neptune (which is conjunct Chiron in Pisces), soOo Earthkind received a massive influx of Venusian Full Moon Chironic energies the last few days straight from Chiron’s 8th house – enter Plutonic regeneration !   Yowsa ! 
Full Moon brings information and the days directly afterward bring dispersal of full moon knowledge…

My Chiron is in late Pisces. Gemini is not a big player in my chart, but Mercury is.
Virgo stellium and my biggie Neptune square to Venus/Jupiter were also tapped in the last few days. I have felt a very interesting vibe since the moon was full to say the least.  a cha cha

Look to Chiron in your natal and see what rules that house. Where is that planet and what it is aspecting ? That’s your KEY to HEALING.

Clues: Is it in fire, earth, air or water ? Is your KEY cardinal, fixed or mutable ?

Look also to Venus for what you HAVE that will bring BALANCE. 

Look to Saturn, where it lives and what it aspects to find your TOOLS and how to USE them. 

Look to Uranus for the REVOLUTIONARY SOLUTION.

Remember that squares are internal hurdles to healing.  Oppositions are where you have to compromise with others.  Trines and sextiles are your way out – the support group, so to speak.  Trines are an easy pre-existing energy – but you have to activate it.  Sextiles are opportunities you have to go fetch – you have to introduce the planets to each other in order to establish an energetic relationship between them.

Silence and the Source

Saturn shut my Mercury MC down last night.
Or rather, my Pluto transit did.
Saturn rules silence.
Pluto rules fubar.
Power. Struggle.
Helplessness.

Mercury went quiet.
Feeling the squeeze from everywhere.
Tilt.

Pluto leaves you standing there gaping: thinking w.t.f. ! are you kidding me ?!?
It forces any and and all issues to the surface, drags up the ugly and throws it in your face.  It transmutes, metamorphs and kills one thing in order to birth another.

Rogue: When they come out… does it hurt ?
Wolverine: Every time.

Pluto is currently square Sun in Pisces, and Uranus conjunct Mercury Rx in Aries.
Moon is constrictive to begin with and now it is in Saturn – ruled Capricorn coming up to conjunct Pluto again.

Moon conjunct Pluto will be high-octane off the charts emo crap, and it is in the Grand Earth Trine, is likely dealing with work or personal goals in some way (Capricorn).

This can be very healing, as far as purging the toxins, literally and metaphorically.
Possibility of healing manifested rapidly with tangible results.
Moon and Pluto rule vomiting.
Sucks, but you feel better after.
Typical Pluto.

Moon Pluto squares to the Sun, Uranus, Merc Rx will reveal new emotions, directions, ideas, and creative prospects to mull over in your brain.

New insights both incoming and outgoing are on the agenda with Merc Rx back over Uranus.   How do you compete with words and ideas ? 
May want to re- think that.

Mercury Rx and Mars are in mutual reception, so they are in constant communication, right off the bat.
Mercury is steeping in Aries, house of Mars, as is Uranus.

Watch your peripheral vision, your headspace ~ what you let in and out – mental / verbal wheels are burning tread at the starting line.  Caution is advised.

Crown of Courage

Moose as power animal brings contradictions – knowing the path of balance between worlds.  Self – confidence and the power of psychic vision and protection are the gifts of Moose.

Moose is the largest of the deer family growing a palmate (leaf – shaped) rack of antlers, unlike others of the deer family that grow dendritic (twig – like) antlers, making moose easily recognizable. Moose antlers represent psychic antenna, sensitivity to vibrations and depth of perception, keen sight and insight.

Moose do not herd like other members of the deer family, they forage for plants on land and water in solitude.  Moose are good swimmers making them equally at home on land or in water.

Moose is gangly, yet graceful and swift if stirred to action.  They are not aggressive unless startled, angered, or protecting young — then they will charge – aiming what is known as ‘The Crown of Courage’ – (rack of antlers) at you.  Aries and Mars rule fight and courage.
Interesting as I have Saturn Rx (rules antlers) in Aries trine Mars.

Autumn is the power time for Moose, for it is mating season.  Moose power time aligns with late Virgo, Libra, and early Scorpio.

Adult moose use antlers to fight for a mate in the autumn, then the antlers are shed, to conserve energy in the winter.  When the antlers regrow in the spring, only taking 3 – 5 months to develop, they are covered with skin called ‘velvet’, which is shed when the antlers are fully grown.

Moose brings the gifts of vision and revision, the ability to follow fresh uncharted territories, new horizons, and swift progress on the material plane.   Antlers, ruled by Saturn represent earth and business, as Saturn rules Capricorn – home of the 10th house of career and status.

I dreamt of moose in the weeks prior to starting this site. I have seen moose in Colorado many times, but I live in the midwest, so moose are a bit out of the ordinary, I have only dreamt of them once.  So Moose medicine was good for me.  I love wild things, (Uranus) solitude (Saturn, Neptune), and I immerse myself in metaphysics and occult studies.   Neptune (mysticism) is my most highly aspected planet, and Saturn (antlers) is my chart ruler.
Moose medicine told me it was time to tune IN and start broadcasting.

Read: Mars has been jammed up our nostrils since entering the sign of Virgo on November 10th aggravating, initiating & rousing any and all micro – minutiae analyzation in full throttle force.

Mars has been mainlining energy into all Virgo planets via direct motion since November 10th.
Now – planets situated between 23 and 3 degrees of Virgo will be taking a retrograde hit, followed by another direct hit.

Read:  Direct and perfect, retrograde and turn the blade.

Mars is the blade, the power, the energy outgoing while direct.
Virgos prune.  Virgos heal.  They are duty – bound to serve others.

Virgos perfect by nature.

Mars while retrograde, is the blade, the power, turned inward  to re-assess the re-visions already made by the firm and steadfast Virgo intellect.  During Mars retrograde, Virgos will heal themselves.
Any and all work not deemed perfect by the perfectionist within will be revived, re-invigorated and resolved.

Natal planets between 23 and 3 degrees of Virgo will feel this Mars Rx strongly by conjunction.  Pisces planets by opposition, and Gemini and Sagittarius will feel Mars Rx by square.

Using magnetic resonance imaging-guided brain stimulation, scientists (click) tested muscle torque and the excitability of pathways through the spinal cord and brain.
They found that morning people’s brains were most excitable at 9 a.m. This slowly decreased through the day.
It was the polar opposite for evening people, whose brains were most excitable at 9 p.m.

Evening people became physically stronger throughout the day, but the maximum amount of force morning people could produce remained the same.

I have speculated on planetary placements and emphasis above or below the horizon, the position of Neptune and Moon (sleep) and their aspects.   At this time, my results are across the board.

Insomnia can be indicated by hard aspects to Moon, Mercury, Mars, Uranus or Neptune in the natal.

Mars superpowers what it transits with energy, restlessness.
Mercury transits can indicate increased nervous tension.
Uranus transits indicate a sudden change.

If any or these transits are in hard aspect to Moon or Neptune – it may disrupt your sleep patterns.
Dreams are Moon, Neptune and 9th house (Sagittarius) or higher planes of thinking and traveling.

So in that case, siesta !
I love naps.  Neptune most highly aspected, Moon exalted in Taurus, with the majority of my planets in the south. 
(Near the mid-heaven or noon).

Sun (spirit, ego) is rooted in Capricorn, focal point of a T-square involving Saturn (testing,restriction) in the latter degrees of Libra, the balancer, and Jupiter, the expander, is in the early degrees of Taurus.

I balance (Libra) vs. I have (Taurus).

Expand or restrict ? …Or both, most likely – just not the way you expected to.
Be aware both Libra and Taurus are Venus ruled.
Venus is love art, money and yes…women.

I had a great night with a girlfriend watching Game of Thrones and talking art and business.  We are both finishers…by that I mean the work is full bodied – 360 degrees and then some.  She finishes the underneath where most people do not even look, it is a complete effort head to toe.  Her work is fabulous, and she has won many awards and was recently recognized nationally in her field.  YaY !

I described my work as a porterhouse steak.  Plenty of facts and meat to dig into if you choose to look and click the links I provide.  I am 9th house heavy (visionary) in the sign of Virgo (details).  Neptune touches nearly everything in my chart, so the writing is mystical, yet grounded with facts to back up the intuitive leaps. Eighth house and Pluto strong, so I go deep, every time.

My friend and I are women artists, (Venus is conjunct Neptune now – both octaves of art) so we spent the evening enriching each other with solid friendship support.  That’s Aquarius at work, the tribe.

The Mercury and Pluto conjunction in the sky in the sign of Capricorn (career and status) made our business/art convo rich, deep and satisfying.   (Mercury is communication, and Pluto rules the depths)
