Soulcards 2, Tarot of the Origins

Quickie read, intent: New Moon Prep for all.

First card you interpret, though I will pitch in that New Moons are always conjunct Sun.
Introverted, passive, reactive yin Moon meets expressive, outgoing yang Sun; traditionally seen as feminine and masculine, respectively.

Second card is Sacrifice.  A rite of passage which frees spirit from the material prison of the body in order to attain divine insight – a vision quest.

The sacrifice card made me think of the Lakota Sun Dance (traditionally held in the summer on a full moon).  It is a rite symbolizing life and rebirth (Pluto, New Moon is conjunct) held around the sacred cottonwood tree (found inside the cross-section is a perfect five pointed star which represents the Great Spirit).   The (skin) piercing that takes place is the most sacred part of the sundance ceremony. It represents individual sacrifice for the good of the tribe, honoring Mother Earth and women who give life through childbirth.  source

Earlier this morning a 3 card draw of my own so perfectly spoke to my need for an abundance of angles rather than a cacophony of curves.

I love the intensity of learning inherent to the motions of the wheels of life. 
A plethora of planets placed in Capricorn for New Moon – all dipped in Saturnian flavor.
Moon conjunct Sun/ Pluto/ Mercury; Venus Rx in Cap, not conjunct

Saturn is time, ambitious climbing, bonds and structure – a plethora of new bursts forth from thought seed beginnings – in reference to spirit, feelings, thinking, communicating : metamorphosis of and rebirth of same.

New Moon/Sun accompanied by Venus Rx (not conjunct in Cap), looking back to find balance, love and friendship – what needs cultivating / clipping ?

I found the bones of art in motion telling.  Everyone has a bottom to their well – bones underneath their watery flesh.  Fluctuating hopes, feelings, exploration of what lives behind the wizards curtain – facing the womb and the tomb of TIME.

I was speaking to my Scorpio Moon Mom today (Mom & Dad: both Scorp moon, Sun Cap, Mars 7 – tough nuts !) about generations and inclinations.  We all incarnate in groups, are attracted and conversely repelled by what we NEED to LEARN via la familia, los amigos.

Every New Moon is change, fresh from seed – this Capricorn New Moon is conjunct Pluto/Mercury – metamorphic thinking is inherent to long-lasting change.  Delve deep into yourself, your past, your ingrained, fixed habits and make a CHOICE.

Mars is in Libra, after all.

Wherever your house Aries calls, your Uranian future is beckoning.  Count on shifts forward in Aries: points near 8 degrees Gemini and Aquarius are particularly fertile for futuristic growth.

Capricorn (restriction) Sun (oxygen) while Moon in Virgo opposes Neptune (spiritual intelligence) and Chiron (deep wound) in Pisces.  Signaling a rant re: small animals (Virgo) and my feelings (Moon) about their cruel treatment in the name of some dumbass fashion (Venus Rx) trend.

Cardinal square above us prompts action via others and a driving need to change, force growth in yourself.
Aries & Libra axis : self vs. relationships
Cancer & Capricorn : nurturing vs. using

Internal tension rests upon philosophies of nurturing, actions powered up to find balance (with a heavy dose of pass-agg possible) via complete transformation of old structures into new ways of thinking, adapting, SEEing.

Hey, I am on my Sag soapbox, as usual, I know – I don’t think any of you, my readers abuse animals.   I am simply freaked out and asking you to share so we can stop this cruelty.  I am keenly aware that animals have intelligence, feelings, and are deserving of kindness and respect – as well as the right to live.  Red List
Hands up – ! – who loves Sonya the Pet Psychic from Animal Planet ?  I would get up early to watch it before work.  Trust me, this is unheard of – I am not a morning girl.
  
I have hundreds of stories, but will give you only two.
1 My late gecko, Buzz was used to getting large crickets.  One day the cricket truck didn’t arrive, I had to get smaller crickets to tide him over a bit.  When I tossed them in, he peered down at them . . . slowly turned his head to look me right in the eyes –  wtf  ?! these are no see-ums – ya gotta be kidding me !  When Buzz was dying, my girl cat sat in vigil with him all day – in a spot she hadn’t rested before, or ever after that day.
2 The first time my new cat walked past a door with skins hanging from it, he looked up, saw them and froze – paw dangling in midair – gobsmacked with apprehension. Oh shit, I’m in for it.  I grabbed him and explained they were given, I did not kill them, he was safe.  All was then well, he understood me.  I have hundreds of stories similar to these.

The way out from these tense oppositions and squares is in Virgo Moon moving to trine Pluto in Capricorn (sharing feelings about what the world really needs to change) as well as Jupiter Rx in Cancer trine Saturn in Scorpio (philosophy of ethical power over and with and towards all earthkind.)

These aspects in tandem means we WORK to MAKE it HAPPEN.

Seems I won’t ever tire of strange feet pics/posts, eh ?  Weird foot pics is de rigueur, Aqua on Venus ruled 2nd, Venus square Neptuner in 11th.  My tastes in art runs the gamut from the sublime to the ridiculous.

I have been working more at my day job, wacky hours, less posting and now my lingering foot issue has worsened.  Neptune rules feet; Aquarius, ankles.

I am having an issue with my right ankle and it shows in my transits:
T. Saturn on biggie Neptuner in Scorp 11
T Neptuner square natal Mars in Sag. T.
Uranus direct applying square to Prog Mars in Capricorn in 11.
Prog Moon in Aqu square Mercury in Scorp.

Here is where it gets frustrating – Neptune loves to play hide and seek.

Neptuner in hard aspect is a test between delusion, illusion – – healing, transcending via healing arts.  Health wise, Neptooney makes misdiagnoses and hard to pinpoint symptoms/cures very likely.  (I have already had weird migrating foot pains this year – very odd – I reiki, they wander.) 

My natal Neptune is under (hard) square (in fixed signs) indicating not only stress, but also that I am facing something I avoided in a past life.  I know there is much I am still processing from this life as well. 

Psychosomatic: emotional and mental stress manifesting in the body.
In every chart, there is always a way out of difficulty, both in the natal and by transit.

In my natal I have plenty of Plutonic energy to shapeshift.
Currently T. Uranus is trine my natal Mars in Sagittarius by the backdoor.
