The Book of Doors Divination Deck

This is a two card draw, (message from spirit card at the bottom of deck on the bottom).

The intent of this reading is an energetic map, a guide to the energies in the skies above us.
I pulled these cards to activate us to meet our highest good and the most benevolent outcome personally & globally.

I had the Sun conjunct Uranus aspect in mind when I pulled these cards.
Uranus rules fixed air (wind) sign, Aquarius.
Sun spotlights Uranus in firey Aries  ~> Uranus always signals change.
Sun is exalted in Aries just 2 days after New Moon, also in Aries.
New moon signals increase towards full moon manifestation.

Tons of fire in the sky wanting to get going ~>
Sun, Moon, Uranus, North Node of Destiny.
(Mercury Retrogrades into Pisces tomorrow)

Saturn Rx is in Air working out the balance.
Pluto, Venus, Jupiter and Mars Rx are in Earth getting the work done.
Neptune, Chiron (and soon Mercury Rx) are in Water going deep, feelers out.

Our spirit, security, what we ‘call home’, what frees us is where the action is.
The directions we are taking and the solutions we are making -or breaking- revolve around Sun, Moon, Uranus and Pluto moving closer to square.

Actions we take regarding these matters are in creative opposition to the status quo of Capricorn Earth and Pluto in residence.  Pluto is struggling to unhitch the wagon, free the limitations of your Capricorn house and let your wild horses run free.

Aries is in my 3rd, communication, teaching, writing – North Node is just over the 4th house finish line, so I am doing this work in order to pay for and keep my house.

Capricorn is in my first and my outlook, my vibe, what I AM doing is definitely undergoing major shifts and metamorphosis.  I am working with Pluto as best I can, fighting against the change is harder than accepting and just going with it.
(Spoken like a girl with biggie Neptune, yes ? –  it’s true – I go with the flow when I can, and I choose my battles ! )

Venus quintile Chiron  equals (equals ! ~ get it Librans ?) a spiritual gift of love, what we value (Taurus) comes into crystal clear focus.  How we heal ourselves, each other, how we love and share peace of mind with others is where our cosmic gift lies for the next two days.

Use this gift (Venus conjunct Jupiter in Taurus) from the houses of Taurus and Pisces (Chiron soaks in healing waters) and give it to others as well….

Meditate, light a candle, breathe deep, sing a song, call a friend, make a donation, do a favor, eat sweet fruit, draw a picture, make a new friend, smile at a stranger.
It may make their day AND yours ~

Countdown to New Moon in Aries…9:37 AM am CST, USA

The last post I was working on vanished, vooOomp into the vortex.
 Mega Aries conjunction passed it off to Mercury Rx who is heading back for the Piscean end zone.

Earlier this week, I sent myself an email that arrived two days later.  Things on this page are wonky.  I paid for ads to be removed, so if you see them, my apologies.  They are not showing up on my home computer, but are on my phone.  ?!  Comments are a bit weird, some are shut out, and my default buttons that are checked are not working.  Period.  I know it is Mercury Rx and this is to be expected, but not until Mars Rx in Virgo in mutual reception with Mercury Rx has it been this pronounced in my life.
My natal Sun conjunct Uranus Pluto in Virgo is getting set off by all this Aries and Uranus Pluto square action.

This stuff is par for the course with Mercury Rx, but obviously amped up a bit with Mercury Rx at 0 degrees Aries, New Moon (conjunct in one hour – less by the time I finish this) Sun and Uranus all within 4 degrees and change in Aries.  All are within orb of a square to Pluto if you are going orb of 10, and I am especially since they are whoppers.  If you have Uranus Pluto prominent as well as Mercury (mine at MC) you will likely be feeling this new moon strongly.

New Moon = new projects, new ideas, new habits.
Set goals that will increase with the moon as she grows to full.  People are more receptive to new ideas, ideas are more easily gathered in our brains; water and nutrients in our bodies are more easily absorbed.

Mercury Rx, Mars Rx, Saturn Rx with new moon in Aries is a time to set goals and intent now only for the new lunar phase, but also for the first house flavor of Aries;
the projection of self into the world.
Thinking, communicating, actions, work and career are all in a revisionary phase.  Retrograde energy is internal work and reinvention that will become expressed outwardly as the planets turn direct.

Our vibrations going outward.

How do you compete ?  Mars Rx in Virgo wants to know.
Or are we in this together ?  Neptune in Pisces wants to know.
How do we find balance – personally & globally ?  Saturn Rx in Libra wants to know.
Conscious (Sun) and subconscious (Moon) are meeting up for a pow-wow.
An agreement.
A promise…?
Mercury Rx at 0 Aries the Aries point is heading back to Pisces for another lesson in spiritual intelligence.

Uranus knows.  It just can’t tell you how it knows  what it knows.
Make no mistakes, Uranus knows  just the same.

All this Aries in square to Pluto in Capricorn: the old is making way for the new ~ snap !

Solar Power

I have totally felt this shift in Solar power  to the Mars house of Aries  ~ >
I felt it last night in fact, as soon as it moved from water to FIRE !

I was goofing off with my cat watching X Men when by rights I should have been ready to crash from several nights up working late.

Not sleepy.
Nope.
NOT AT ALL .

My Mars is in Sag which is my 12th house sign (natural house of sleep) and it quintiles Uranus so YaY !

Solar power amped up my electrical and since Mercury is elevated at high noon my head wasn’t ready to go down.  Thoughts are churning and I have been making mental lists like crazy !
My Mars also trines Saturn Rx so finally gonna kick that mutha into high gear !
Don’t care if it’s retrograde in natal and by transit ~>  I feel it moving !

Sun in Aries HAS to get moving even if it starts in the brainpan we get  FIRED UP !

Jo is radiant  in the photo above, yes ?

Lovely, generous Leo Jo Rowling, is no longer in the Forbes billionaire club.
It is estimated she has given $160 million to charities, supporting organizations linked to poverty, multiple sclerosis (her mother suffered from MS), children’s welfare and illiteracy.  She has written 3 books that have raised almost $30 million for charities as well.

Hi qi Leos (Sun rules) positively radiate  warmth, charisma, and generosity.
They are creative and friendly with a kind heart  (Leo rules).

Jo is obviously brilliantly creative, and I had to have a look at her chart.
This is a solar chart, so the planets in signs are correct, the houses may likely change.

Jo is a life path 5, which represents change, freedom and artistic expression.


Mega Virgo stellium !
A giant rolling conjunction: Moon, Pluto, Uranus, Venus all in Virgo; Mercury conjunct at 29 (culmination degree) Leo.  I am soOo not surprised by the extensive notes and outlines she wrote in preparation for the Harry Potter series. Virgos love their   organization and notes !  I would love to see them, wouldn’t you..?

The whole series of books is so rich with vivid detail and imagination brought to life in the written word.  She has Saturn Rx the planet of weaving and building in the sign of Pisces the mystical, inspired artist opposite all of the above except Mercury – although,  I’m calling it opposite by transference of light.

Saturn is also conjunct Chiron the philosopher, teacher and healer.  Interesting as Jupiter is oriental in her chart bringing a life of exploration, foreign travels, and higher education into sharp focus ( Yes, I just called Jupiter in Gemini focused.) especially with the addition of North Node of Destiny present in Gemini as well.

Jupiter is the focal point of a massive T- Square involving Saturn – Moon, Pluto, and Uranus opposite.  Jupiter in Gemini is hopeful, expansive with a love of grandiose ideas, reading, writing – basically communicating in some form or fashion 24/7.
It is a high-octane mentally alert and cerebrally dexterous house on steroids that loves to explore the universe for new ideas.  I can only imagine the difficulty she experienced reining in all the nebulous Pisces and distractions of Gemini to create works that have sold over 400 million copies and are the world’s best selling series of books.

Jupiter rules teachers and universities (I always saw Hogwarts as a university, I don’t care how old Harry, Hermione and Ron were, that’s how I imagined it.) and think of how many kids picked up the books to read. Even kids that really didn’t like to read were reading them. That’s amazingly cool.  J.K. Rowling is a teacher of wizards and witches the world over.

Her Sun square Neptune in Scorpio (loss of will, hope), and Saturn in opposition to all that Mercury-ruled Virgo have been troublesome for her.  Moon conjunct Pluto and Jo lost her mother just as she began writing about Harry, her mother never knew of her success.  Jo has suffered from debilitating depression, and contemplated suicide, a condition which inspired the soul-sucking dementors.  How sad when the Leo light dims…read her story (from wiki) below:

When Jo began to work her Mars in Venus (art) ruled Libra trine Jupiter, as well as Saturn trine Neptune in Scorpio – it alleviated the stress of the oppositions and squares in her chart.  Her Neptune (imagination) is sextile Moon, Uranus and Pluto in Mercury ruled (writing) Virgo.  She also has a lovely Venus quintile Neptune which is a special talent for expressing the Scorpionic mystical arts through writing.

rutilated forsythia fortifier

Forsythia blossoms steeping in Pisces solar power.

1. Use unmarked glass lidded dishes (to keep nosey felines away) – these were half price at a local store.

2. bottled spring water

3. meditation to raise energy with the plant, a blessing.

4. a pendulum question and answer session with the plant.  ie: one plant was more receptive to offering than another

5. gently pick flowers- enough to cover the surface of the water.  Since this essence is for me I didn’t get all weird about touching the blossoms and transferring my energies etc..

6. You may boost the power of the essence with the appropriate stone by putting it in to steep with the flowers.

7. Let your blossoms steep in sunlight (or moonlight if you prefer- I did that for my fall clematis on the last Neptune in Aquarius Pisces full moon) for 2-4 hours in direct sun in a place you know shadows will not fall upon the jar.

8. Strain with cheesecloth, have a sterilized bottle ready for the essence.

9.  Fill bottle halfway with essence, top off with rum, or brandy to preserve the subtle vibrational quality of the Mother essence.

10.  To prepare for dosage: use two drops of Mother Essence in a one-ounce dark-glass bottle with a glass dropper, and fill the remainder of the bottle with half rum and half spring water.

11.  Drop 3-4 drops under your tongue daily or as needed.

Flower essence and gem elixir work with the subtle bodies, the etheric field.  They have a vibrational quality that directly relates to the individual – they are based on sympathetic molecular structure.  The essences work harmonically, in tandem with the electromagnetic field of the etheric and physical body, raising the vibration and thereby, health of the individual.

Mercury Rx (thinking) and Uranus (intuition and clairvoyance) are conjunct in Aries now.
Moon is in Aquarius square the planets of abundance, Venus and Jupiter; Venus and Jupiter are part of a grand earth trine.

So abundance is based in the mindset, yes  ?

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.

In my natal, Mercury is at MC; Uranus conjunct Virgo Sun and Pluto in 9, and Uranus is quintile Sagittarius Mars in 11.  Thought forms and the broadcasting of them will be stepping up to the plate on my astrological ball diamond here soon, so I am fortifying with gem elixir & flower essence.

Forsythia :

The Forsythia elixir has the capacity to energize many aspects of the loving nature in people, bringing them to more easily accept this in themselves. soul on a sunbeam

Balsamic Moons are the bridge between two worlds ~ the past is ending, the future new moon is approaching.  This is the moon phase of distilled enlightenment.  Knowledge of the last full moon has spread to others, all insights gleaned will germinate at the next new moon and will grow to fruition at the full moon in Libra on the sixth of April. (USA)

Balsamic Moon is the stage of the wise crone, the guru, it is the stage of solitude, silence and endings.

Moon is now in Aquarius, it enters Pisces on Monday the 19th (USA).  As the New Moon in Aries (Thursday the 22nd) approaches, it is a time to go ‘dark’ or inward, become contemplative, rest and renew.

Meditations, ritual ceremonies and magickal work while the Moon is waning in Aquarius is very productive for spawning revolutionary ideas, independence and breaking ties with restrictive situations. The Aquarius Moon particularly favors breaking love attachments as it is a moon of detached emotions, platonic relationships and freedom.
