Thinking of transits
Uranus opposition
 – – Done !   Got fired up – ass over teakettle in astro, began writing here at GMA.

Saturn currently has half my chart in vice grips.
– – Work feels better, move it on UP. One more sign to go before I close the square.

I am (we are) halfway (+) through 7 Uranus Pluto squares (2011-2015). ! !
– – Wow.  This has the other half of my chart.
I know, soOo much more yet to do, but look how far we have come !

So onto what prompted this, aside from my whack transits.
I read a bit of  Psychic Shield by C. Matthews, was intrigued by something I read.

In order to shield and protect [paraphrase] something we must first know its inner core, its nature.   When trauma shakes us off/out of our center, something else* may enter to take its place.  *aka: bad juju, no good

This struck me as being absolutely directly related to Uranus-Pluto squares which are delivering change after change after change.  We are slowly being thrown off kilter,  we are shifting gears for the steep grade, sharp curves – our centers are changing as we do.
 
Soul re-alignment, reset reboot via Saturn in Scorpio mutual reception Pluto in Capricorn – they support each other.
We delve deep, reassess the sitch, heal foundational structures, slowly rebuild.
Our center likely rotates around our ‘core center’ just like the Sun does in our galaxy under different aspects . . . just be aware of it, work with it. 

This is a continual process, a journey – – not a singular event.

If you are knocked off center ffs :: Time Out :: regroup.  Adaptation, improvisation. Find your center – – that which pleases you, that which makes you feel love and loved, rooted to your place in the world tree.   Rework game plan, stand on your head – see the roots in the branches – meeting together in the middle in the heart center.
Bad vibes are more likely to increase/enter in our vicinity when we ignore our intuition,  force matters when they should flow.

May I introduce, Cynthia Powell.
A multi – Virgo Grand Earth Trine who has my heart up her sleeve.
Mercury Virgo; Sun conj Venus, Neptune also in Virgo trine Uranus in Taurus as well as trine Mars in late Capricorn.

Cynthia has Moon conjunct Pluto in opposition to Mars in Capricorn (exalted) square Saturn as focal point of a T-Square.  That’s a tough T-square revolving around men, (Mars, Saturn) feelings, home, women and the public – power struggle involving same.

Cynthia has a great vibe, I took to her right away, really loved her book, John.
In fact, I cried through the last few pages, her story is one of a kind.  She met and fell in love with a boy in art school who ended up having a huge impact on her life.  They married, he and his friends created some of the best music in the world, they weathered his rise to public fame together, he fathered her son, Julian.  Then in a flash, it was all over when she came home to find him in bed with another woman.  ugh.  My heart goes out.

The astro of the biz: T-Square focal planet is crucial.
Saturn is restriction, hard work, streamlining interests.

Cynthia was restricted – first by having to keep her marriage hidden, then by having to raise their son on her own.  She went to work, had her own business, but always struggled to be seen as her own talent – she is a gifted artist in her own right – her own woman aside from the fact she was once married to John.
Public opinion of both Cynthia and Julian is indeed more than a little off-kilter at times, [John was a man, not a demi-god] though I can see the tide slowly turning, thankfully, they are finally telling their side of the story.

Mars in exaltation is a fantastic placement, which doesn’t know how to give up, it simply isn’t in their vocabulary.  Along with very strong earth placements, Cynthia was (and remains) rock steady for her son, in the stead of his less predictable father.

Jupiter in Aries trine Moon Pluto conjunction bestows beneficial influences of faith, hope, generosity, a happy-go-lucky outlook on a life full of struggle (Pluto) both with women and in the public eye (Moon).  Mercury trine Saturn allows for a serious, yet clever mind that perceives safe paths through the minefield towards peace, reconciliation.

Earth trines are above all, practical, skillful.
They ANALYZE, USE what they HAVE to achieve brilliant success.

Silver Surfer is one of the most conflicted, tormented superheroes in the Marvel Universe.  Raised in a utopian society, he grew disillusioned, he craved adventure, challenge and struggle.  When the evil planet-eating Galactus threatened his home, SS saved his planet from destruction by making a deal and becoming his herald.  Silver Surfer became the harbinger of doom for other worlds…until the kindness of a woman led him to defect in order to save earth.

Mars in Libra has a hard time of it.
Outgoing Mars expressions naturally fire on all pistons ALL for ONE.
Libra instead, maintains a pause to consider OTHERS before moving. The scales of balance get quite a workout with this placement – instincts aware of partnership where the rubber meets the road.  Venus attracts, Mars repels – the volley of juggling energies can become frustrating, though ultimately stronger when harnessed to work together. 

Throwing kit and caboodle headlong into diplomacy is the best way to work this Mars.   Justice becomes Just US, opening options and maintaining open lines of communication is key.
The hand of Libra smooths and soothes the sharp edge of the blade, she is the iron fist in the velvet glove. Choices considered, should be – Mars does not wait; Libra will make him do so, like it or not, in order to make the best reasoned descision.

Meeting above us are Libra Mars square Capricorn Venus in retrograde.
Work, bonds, time, structures, bodies, bones, love, money, goals and conservation are getting the once, twice, triple-time over.   Reinvention, reinvigoration, in some cases resignation will apply to this Venus transit.  Time to lay it to rest, deader than a hammer, the beaten dead horse…?

Mars square Venus adds up to applying force to find personal balance, peace of mind and co-operation with the part of ourselves that needs to MAKE THNGS HAPPEN.

Mercury loves Aquarius, is exalted here in the sign of electricity and shifts of perception.
Mind matters are lean, keen – deftly mainlining intel from the grid of consciousness linking all life worldwide. 

The trickster planet is warp speed x gigawatt while travelling this house, savvy and streamlined, ferreting out like minds and kindred spirits – snap !  Connections are precise, on point = knowing, instantly.

Linking like ideas, humans and projects fire up like sparks of brain synaptics – this Mercury hooks up like tesseract.  Wit and wisdom of Mercury comes alive in Aquarius, cogitations are eccentric, progressive – wordsmiths proliferate in this placement.

Brain games appeal a la innovation of mind. Mercury hears its own heartbeat (drum) very loudly in Aquarius, responds to it alone, breaking from the herd.  Aquarius Mercury flies the torch of change into the future – KNOW it then grow it.

It is all over the internet he is plagiarizing material right and left – interviews peppered with bizarre performance art/social commentary glee.  Here’s the gist: LaBeouf has been served a cease and desist from comic creator Daniel Clowes whose material was allegedly lifted “word for word” for a short film Shia claims to have written himself.

Today’s update here, links galore – knock yourself out. 
Now the astro, click on his name above for the astro deets.

Fourth house Gemini Sun, Leo Moon in six, Aquarius rising on 29th (last) degree.  Uranus Rx (ruler) in Sagittarius 10 opposite Sun exact – both square Jupiter in Pisces 1, making it focal planet of the T-square, one degree off exact.  Uranus in 10th signals a need for variety, changeable career, often large-scale career genius – but, poorly aspected to the planet ruling the house it sits in, can indicate a fall from grace.  

Mercury rules plagiarism; Mars, Neptune rule theft. 

Note: Oppositions expressed hi qi are co-operation; low qi are projection. 

Fifth house (creative house, Sun rules which is in poor aspect) Cancer Mercury opposite Neptune.  Cancer Venus conjunct (out of sign) Leo Moon both opposite Mars Rx in Capricorn.  Venus and Neptune are the lower and higher octaves of artistic expression, respectively. 

Transits, here is the interesting bit: natal Mars Rx in Capricorn parked at 23 degrees, and you guessed it – Sun Capricorn 20 conjunct Venus retrograde 21.  BAM.
Not to mention transit Pluto (struggle) in Capricorn is opposite natal Mercury within a degree; North Node of Destiny bang on natal Pluto in 8.

Venus Rx in Cap: Re-thinking the work, or perhaps the lack thereof. 
Whatever suits the sitch. 
We are all doing the same Venus transit, he is just doing it in spades.

Also of note is the incoming Full Moon at 25 degrees Cancer.  It first shines on his Cancer Mercury, then grows full on his natal Venus in the creative 5th house at 24 degrees opposite natal Mars. 
If you didn’t read the link above, I’ll save you some time.  He is reportedly retiring from public life. That would be Capricorn/Cancer axis indeed.
