Jupiter into Virgo

Jupiter loves Leo !

Fire on fire
, this placement enhances and expands creativity, fun & games, favors the birth of children, increases recreational activities a cha cha as well as risk, gambling and romance.
Jupiter lights UP megawatt WILLpower, increases the need to explore in the sunshine and SEE what life has to offer.  Jupiter in the house of the Lionhearted is honest, true, noble and generous with affection.  e.g. Bill Gates, Elizabeth Taylor
Their Sun shines BIG BLING on their pride/subjects – in Jupiter’s case pride/subjects means well, everyone – Far & Wide.

This is a fantastic placement for teachers, for Jupiter in Leo is born to the stage, they innately command and hold attention.  e.g. Shakespeare, Jagger
Jupiter in Leo is bold, daring, enthusiastic and inspiring – everything they create has style and flair.  This placement indicates a love of travel, but travel is not necessary for they seek philosophical adventures daily – whatever the environs.

Leo lion windJupiter in house of Sun equals double benefics – look forward to good hair days (excepting cuts during Rx dates above) and supernatural preening going up a notch or three.  Animal prints, shiny objects and flash are a go.

Jupiter in Leo finds their God/Goddess via creativity and the divine spark found in each ‘life’ created – be it art, music, writing, the perfect cup of java, an enlightening lecture, or children.  All are conscious spiritual ‘births’ and they are proud of them – for what is art if not blood, sweat, tears, flesh & bone – spirit made manifest through force of WILL ?

The art of play makes Jupiter Leos popular with kids, because they have an enduring/endearing child-like quality themselves – impromptu play and goofing are par for the course.  Making friends and being sociable comes easily, they are soul gypsies who love to meet those kindred spirits who are also prone to enthusiastically following their heart where it leads them.

Jupiter pumping up the big cats creates student/teachers of life – GO BIG or GO HOME is the expansive motto of Jupiter in Leo – experimentation in varied creative outlets will dominate until they are satisfied, at which point they will tackle being experts in that chosen field.
They innately raise the bar on themselves with each goal reached – another presents itself – they see the BIG PICTURE
on the horizon . . . beckoning, always.

mountain_lion_desktop_picturesJupiter in Leo inclines to luck in government or university work, publishing, stocks and investments – big corps and big gambles. House of Sun with Jupiter casts a very bright spotlight, is akin to high noon at mid-heaven.

These creatives do equally well in theater, onstage, and they excel in crafting any and all amusement works.  Think water parks, amusement parks, game rooms, cards, billiards, gaming in general.  My mother has Jupiter in 5th, would play Euchre  24/7 if she could keep her eyes open.

These folks love the romantic chase, the hunt is a thrill – when they do catch, they take pride in playing well with others.  They dearly love to laugh and play, are good natured and hearted – though duly note – they WILL knock your ass outta the ballpark if you even think of messing with their homies.
PRIDE.

lioness-wallpaperNow that I have given you the upside of Jupiter, it is time for the downside.
Yes, I know – tragically, luck does not always go in one’s favor.  Jupiter is largess, the biggie size, the reckless planet of expansion in any and all directions.

Jupiter conjunct anything gives that combined energy the Pump you UP factor ten to the power of 10.
Jupiter square anything makes that energy a BIG personal obstacle.
Jupiter opposition makes that energy a BIG obstacle when dealing with others.

Going BIG is relative to each situation and natal chart.

Do not gamble more than you are prepared to lose.

Bigger is not always better.
heh. Stunning fashion, yes ?!

My Mother is a good example of overdoing Jupiter.  My Dad was 10th house Capricorn Sun and super frugal; my Mom with Capricorn Sun in 2nd under tough aspects with Jupiter in 5th, well… not so much.

We took her on the gambling boat once and she. had. a. blast !
When I wandered up, offered to get her another complimentary beverage, she waved me away like a fly.  Yes, seriously.

Me: “Mom…….Mom……Mom?!….. “Mother, break eye contact with the machine.”
Mom: “Oh honey I didn’t even see you there.”
Me: “Riiiight. Look at your fingers, black from handling tokens. omg hilarious.  We gotta get you off this boat.”

Of course, being a Jupiter in Leo myself, I have a plethora of my own examples, of which I have already expounded upon under addiction here.  My Jupiter is conjunct Venus in Leo 8 square biggie Neptuner in 11.  Music, divination, drinking or as a numerologist once told me sex, drugs and rock n roll challenges.
Yeah, he nailed it.

The guy above is from the amusement park in my hometown, though he has since been relocated elsewhere. I remember crazy fun picnics in that amusement park when I was a kid.

I love rides & I LOVE this lion !

Put your head into the jaws of death for a cool drink of water on a hot summer’s day…  How cool is that ?!
I had no idea of my natal chart back then.  It all makes so much sense now.
I love that too.

peace
